Kitelo
Kitelo is a day planner for hourly and fixed-fee consultants. Lay out your day in blocks, tie each one to a client and project, and your time tracking, reports and timesheet exports come straight from the plan. It's clockless planning: no timer to start or forget.
Close the day, then read the amount
When working hours end, Close the day asks what happened. Done counts. Failed stays out of the total and can be copied to the next free time. A block with no project of its own takes its task's project. The sheet then shows worked time, billable time, and the amount, by client.
Meetings land on the day you are already planning
Connect Google Calendar and Kitelo reads the meetings on the calendars you choose, today through the next 14 days, so you can plan around them. It can also write your planned blocks to a separate Kitelo calendar. It does not change your other calendars. Disconnect any time and the imported meetings are removed.
The same day, on the phone
The iPhone app is this planner. The day is the date and the blocks, with Plan day and Close day next to the add button.
An agent can propose. You accept.
An agent with access can propose tasks and blocks. They stay out of the day, the report, and the invoice until you accept them. You can revoke that access any time.
